| By executing this Service Order, the Client hereby orders: (a) the Services described herein (sections 2 and 3), which shall be governed by Mainlink Service Agreement, available at https://mainlink.net/contract-mainlink-service-agreement/ along with all supported documentation; and (b) where applicable, the Products described herein (section 4), which shall be governed by the Sale-Purchase Agreement, available at https://mainlink.net/mainlink-sales-and-purchase-agreement/ This Service Order may include both Services and Products, including for a single aggregated price (“Bundled Fee”). Any such bundling is for commercial convenience only and shall not affect the separate legal treatment of Services under Mainlink Service Agreement and Products under the Sale-Purchase Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated, a Bundled Fee shall be invoiced as a single amount in accordance with the invoicing and payment terms of Mainlink Service Agreement and shall be deemed, for internal allocation purposes only, to include consideration for both Services and Products. Where Services and Products are priced separately, invoicing and payment terms shall apply in accordance with Mainlink Service Agreement for Services and the Sale-Purchase Agreement for Products. In the event of any conflict: (a) this Service Order shall prevail with respect to commercial terms (including scope and pricing); (b) Mainlink Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to Services; (c) the Sale-Purchase Agreement shall prevail with respect to Products. | ||

| Purchase of Products (under the Sale-Purchase Agreement) | ||

The Client acknowledges that the proper functioning of the Products (including installation, configuration and maintenance) is outside the scope of the services provided by Mainlink, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in this Service Order.
